Every tier runs the same single-VM stack — yours, on your hardware or your cloud. Tiers differ in scale and capabilities, not in ownership: your data and your credentials stay on your VM on every plan. And security features are not a tier — role-based access, scoped permissions, the Credentials Vault and the full action record are in every plan, including the free one.
An asset is a user, a computer, or a managed network device (switch, firewall) — map whichever you need. A 25-person office with 25 PCs is 50 assets if you map both, 25 if you map only the machines. You decide what Octotor tracks.
For a home lab or a single small environment. Up to 10 assets, one customer. The core platform: inventory, monitoring, remediation, the essential toolkit, and the AI assistant with your own API key. Registration required.
For a single organization. Directory and device connectors, backup monitoring for Veeam, alert-triggered automation, the full toolkit, one Microsoft 365 tenant, API tokens. Minimum $29/month — 2026 price (regularly $49).
For MSPs and providers managing multiple customers. Everything in Pro, unlimited customers with per-customer separation and scoping, unlimited M365 tenants, the Check Point account connector, priority support. From $99/month.
