One list, every customer
At the top of the Dashboard, one list collects every customer's open items. Every item gets its own reference number, ready to paste into a ticket.
A card per customer
- Every customer has its own card, with a summary tile for each topic, such as servers, computers or backups.
- The squares at the top of the card show the last seven days.
- Open the customer, and each topic has its own tile. A red tile shows the reason in its open issues block, for example one switch is offline.
From the tile to the detail
Every tile links to the page with the detail, with the filter already applied. There you also see when its state changed, and when Octotor last checked it.
